Dear Rob,

Thank you for the excellent service.  Please thank your scheduler and driver for delivering the bin prior to 10:00am 11Jul2010 as agreed in our initial call early on 10Jul2010.  However, based on my phone call at 13:00 on 10jul2010 that the roofing shingle people had delivered the shingles on to the roof earlier than expected; the bin arrived at 17:15 on 10Jul2010 thanks to your late working driver.  It saved me having to move the shingles into the bin that would have been tossed onto the ground on the evening of 10Jul2010.

I have told 3 of my neighbours so far of the excellent service.  I am considering requesting another bin in several weeks to send away more junk.
