I wanted to take a few moments to thank you for the exceptional service I experienced as a client of your company. I was already impressed with your commitment to get a trailer to me on such short notice, but I was absolutely stunned when the trailer was being backed onto my property only 15 minutes after our conversation. Your driver was very polite, pleasant, and offered great advise with respect to how I could best use my trailer, and the other services that you offer. I appreciated that he took the time to maneuver the trailer so that I would not have to carry some of the heavy items very far. Trailer pickup was equally prompt, and your billing process was efficient, transparent, and very economical. It is obvious to me, based on my interaction with you and your employees, that your company places a very high priority on customer service. I will certainly be a repeat customer, and would recommend Tidy Trailer to anyone with rubbish removal needs.

I just wanted to thank you very much for the excellent service I received yesterday. I made a call to your company at noon, and literally within 1.5 hours a truck showed up at my house and removed my things. You guys were an absolute pleasure to work with - very prompt, friendly and efficient! The gentlemen who picked up my items - Kevin I think his name was - was especially fantastic to work with. I will definitely recommend you to anybody in need of your services - its so refreshing to find businesses in this city so efficient and yet still friendly.
