Better to compliment than criticize.
Rob, we spoke earlier today and you were good enough to send a young man (Travis, I think?) around to remove our old treadmill. The job is just done and we are so pleased about that! We wanted it gone, for sure, but I must add that Travis was very polite, incredibly strong and he is credit to your organization, based on our experience.
It’s always easy to criticize but sometimes we don’t always remember to compliment…thus my note!
